Sunbakers House is a relaxed coastal retreat just 200 metres from the sand at One Mile Beach, located in one of Forster's most peaceful spots.
The home offers three bedrooms, a living and dining area, a rumpus room and a fully fenced garden, giving families and groups plenty of space to relax and unwind. Sleeping up to six guests, it's ideally located for beach days and easy evenings at home.

The house is comfortable, spacious and designed for holidays with family and friends. There's plenty of room to come together, as well as separate spaces when everyone wants to do their own thing — whether that's curling up with a book, playing games in the rumpus room or relaxing while the kids enjoy the fully fenced backyard.
Inside, you'll find a generous living and dining space, a character-filled kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and newly renovated bathrooms, including a private ensuite off the master bedroom. A separate laundry and additional WC make longer stays and family holidays that little bit easier.

Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive a 50% refund. The $300 refundable damage deposit (see rates) is returned after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.
